About Rory
Rory S. Coakley is the Founder of Rory S. Coakley Realty, Inc., a local and family owned, full service real estate company. The firm is involved in many types of commercial and residential real estate including sales, leasing, property management, appraisals, tax appeals and litigation support. Mr. Coakley is a licensed real estate broker and Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He oversees a staff of over 30 employees, sales agents, property managers and tax appeal specialists and appraisers.
Mr. Coakley is also an experienced real estate investor in hotels, office buildings, warehouses and self storage facilities. He typically serves in an asset management capacity as a managing member of limited liability companies that own the underlying real estate.
As a native Washingtonian, Mr. Coakley is involved in a variety of community, charitable and educational causes. In addition to his day-to- day business responsibilities he is committed to his family legacy of “giving back”.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Capital Finance Bank, N.A. Since 2010 where he serves as the Director responsible for Marketing.
